When you change your package, the new package will take effect retroactively – next month you will already receive an invoice with the new monthly fee. The call minutes and messages (SMS + MMS) used in the current month will be recalculated based on the new package's price list, but the internet volume used abroad will not be offset. This means that the foreign internet volume included in the new package's monthly fee will take effect immediately after the package change.

Nothing will happen, as you can still use the new package. However, we recommend that you go to an Elisa store and activate the Mobile-ID service, as this will make your life even more secure and convenient. Even if you take the Mobile-ID service 5 months after getting the new package, you can be sure that your smart package's monthly fee will not change and you do not have to pay extra for Mobile-ID.

EU call minutes include all outgoing and incoming calls made in the foreign countries included in the package. For example, if you are in France and a friend from Estonia calls you, the minutes of the received call will also be counted towards the respective volume. However, if you call outside the package region, for example from France to Russia (not part of the European Union), these call minutes are not included in the package-based calculation and you pay separately according to foreign operators' ( roaming ) price list . Call minutes from Estonia to the EU include calls made from the home network to numbers with the country code of the foreign countries included in the package (a total of 31), for example, a call from Estonia to a Polish operator's number with the country code +48.

No, these countries are not part of the European Union and are not included in the listed packages, so the services used there are not counted towards the package-based calculation. In the mentioned countries, you use services according to foreign operators' ( roaming ) price list, which you can see here . The services used will be added to your next month's invoice.

You can monitor package-based usage in Elisa self-service , by selecting " Usage " from the main menu. When the volume is used up, mobile internet usage will be restricted until the end of the calendar month.

We will notify you by message when both the package-based internet volume and the additional volume reach 70% and 100% of your internet volume.

If you use, for example, the Muretu Business Package 3 2022, you can use 45GB of internet in the Nordic and Baltic countries (Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania) in the Elisa, Bite, Telenor-I, and Tele2 networks. Additionally, out of the 45GB, you can use 19GB in other countries included in the package. For example, if you use 38GB of internet in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania in one calendar month, you can use another 7GB of internet in other European Union countries (in addition to the EU, also Liechtenstein and the Faroe Islands).
