IP Centrex is a call solution service for companies that want to use the additional features of a telephone exchange and benefit from affordable call rates without owning a personal exchange. With the IP Centrex service, you can be sure that no customer contact will be lost and all calls will always reach their destination! IP Centrex offers high-quality voice communication service and the functionality of a telephone exchange without location-related restrictions. Through the Elisa telephone network, it is possible to connect different telephone exchanges into a unified system and use short numbers for internal company calls. The Elisa IP Centrex service includes several exchange features: allows the use of various terminal devices (computer phone, smartphone, desk phone, fax); always a sufficient number of call channels and a planned number range; free internal calls; direct selection to the subscriber (each phone has its own number); forwarding incoming calls to both internal and external numbers; forwarding incoming calls to another number when the phone is currently busy; forwarding incoming calls to another number if the phone is not answered within a certain time; call waiting; caller ID display on the system device; blocking your own number display; conference call; forwarding incoming calls; putting a call on hold, i.e., handling two calls simultaneously; With short numbers intended for mobile and desk phones, you can link the Elisa desk and mobile phone numbers used by the company. Service activation is simple IP Centrex uses the company's existing internet connection, and VoIP phones are connected directly to the internal computer network. This frees you from installing a separate telephone network and additional phone cables. Standard telephone devices are used as client devices (SIP and MGPC signaling protocols). Unified telephone service for main and branch offices The advantage of using the same system in different branch offices is the ability to include all subscribers, regardless of location, in a unified system. This way, you can monitor the occupancy of all your numbers and forward and pick up calls across different branch offices. IP Centrex user can direct all call and fax messages to a single mailbox. Voice messages can be listened to directly from a desk or mobile phone, and all messages left in the call or fax mailbox can be forwarded by email. Call center functionalities The user can set up groups of call responders, define overflow and forwarding conditions, and view and analyze call statistics. You can record automatic messages yourself – and give callers options for where their call will be connected. If a phone call is missed, the caller can leave a callback request, which is forwarded to the call responder by email. Web-based management interface Through the web-based management interface, you have control over the service. You can select and change your call packages, add numbers within the existing range, set up phone and short number settings, change forwarding conditions, view call logs, listen to call recordings, and view faxes.
