M-Loto is a joint service of Elisa and Eesti Loto, allowing you to play the lottery using your mobile phone. Lottery tickets can be purchased by both Elisa contract and prepaid customers, provided the customer is over 16 years old. To buy a lottery ticket with your mobile phone, you must have a gaming account created on the Eesti Loto website. Buying a lottery ticket costs from 0.83 euros + a service fee of 0.16 euros. VAT will be added to the price. To play Keno Loto, call 17788*1 and you will be registered for a Keno Loto quick-pick ticket. To play Vikinglotto, call 17788*2 and you will be registered for a Vikinglotto quick-pick ticket. To play Bingo Loto, call 17788*3 and you will be registered for a Bingo Loto quick-pick ticket. Read detailed terms Using Mobile-ID is easy: you can access e-services from any computer with an internet connection. Separate user accounts are no longer needed, as authentication is done everywhere via mobile phone. Convenient and handy: The biggest advantage of Mobile-ID is that you no longer need a separate ID card reader. Mobile-ID also allows you to access banking environments directly on your phone. Fast and secure: Performing actions with Mobile-ID is as fast or even faster than using a PIN calculator or password card. It is as secure as using an ID card: the person is identified thanks to the applied technology and PIN codes. Mobile-ID cannot be copied, and a digital signature given with it is equivalent to one given with an ID card. The monthly fee for Mobile-ID is 0.83 euros. VAT will be added to the price. You can sign a Mobile-ID usage contract with a valid ID card, residence permit, or digital ID in Elisa self-service. Read detailed terms (until 30.06.2022) Read detailed terms (from 02.07.2022) ID-ticket is a joint service of Elisa and Ridango AS, allowing you to buy electronic tickets mainly used in public transport from your smart device. The ID-ticket service does not need to be activated separately. The electronic ticket carrier is an ID card or transit card, and it can be used in Tartu and Tallinn public transport, Tallinn Botanical Garden, Tallinn City Museum, Tallinn Zoo, and many other places. The transit card can also be used to buy a Harjumaa public transport ticket and an Elron train ticket. Ticket price set by the service provider + service fee of 0.32 euros. VAT will be added to the price. To buy a ticket, download the Pilet.ee app on your smart device, follow the app instructions, and choose mobile number as the payment method. Ticket information can be found at www.pilet.ee. Read detailed terms E-mail as SMS allows you to forward incoming emails to your mailbox as SMS directly to your device. Each message displays the first 305 characters of the email. With the Light package, up to 3000 SMS per month, and with the Premium package, up to 9000. Read detailed terms If you have lost or forgotten your device somewhere, you can determine its location. The service is available to everyone authorized to use Elisa self-service. The device's location can be found if the device is switched on and within Elisa's mobile network coverage in Estonia. A positioning query costs 0.16 euros. VAT will be added to the price. The positioning service can be used in Elisa self-service . Read detailed terms With the M-parking service, you can pay for parking with your mobile phone – conveniently, quickly, and easily. With M-parking, you don't need to look for ticket machines, just having a mobile phone is enough. The M-parking service fee is 0.40 euros per transaction, plus the parking fee for the specific zone and service provider. VAT will be added to the price. To park, send a text message with your car number and parking zone name to short number 1902, and to end parking, call short number 1903. Listening to balance info and ordering by message costs 0.19 euros each (incl. VAT). VAT will be added to the price. Activation and changes are free. The discount country rate applies to international calls, i.e., calls from Estonia to a foreign operator's number. 1 € per month/discount country. Read detailed terms With the Business invoice for private customer service, you can pay for various m-commerce services and premium calls with your private number's bill, so they do not appear on the company-related bill. For example: m-payment, m-lottery, m-parking, m-ticket, premium calls and premium SMS, prepaid card top-up, one-time internet tickets. Now you can also direct monthly fee services, such as: MultiSIM, Mobile-ID, Monthly internet add-ons. You cannot direct charges for positioning or add-on services to a private bill with this service. To bill, the business number user must be a private customer at Elisa. If you are not yet an Elisa private customer, simply log in to Elisa self-service and a customer number will be created automatically. Free. You can conveniently order the Business invoice for private customer add-on in Elisa self-service (the add-on can be ordered in the selected number's detail view) or call customer service at 6 600 620. In European Union (EU) countries (plus Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland), the standard price for outgoing and incoming call minutes and sent SMS is 40% cheaper. The discounted rate applies after you have used up the free roaming minutes in your call package. In other Vagabond countries (USA (on AT&T and T-Mobile networks), Switzerland (on Swisscom), Russia, Ukraine (on Kyivstar and Lifecell), and Belarus (on Life)), the discount is 40–80% off standard prices. 5€ per month. Read detailed terms With the short dial service, calls are made using easy-to-remember short numbers, usually the last 3–4 digits of an employee's regular mobile number. Virtual members can also be assigned, including related company mobile numbers and landlines, which can also be called at a discounted rate using the short number. Example: If the company uses the short dial service for mobile, internal calls from mobile to mobile are made using a 3–4-digit short number. To call 56 222 222, dial 222. Important to know! Internal calls have a discounted rate for both short and regular numbers. When calling with a short number, the recipient sees the caller's regular long mobile number. For internal company calls, the short number can also be shown. The short number service for mobile works only within Estonia. The short number service for mobile is offered to business customers with at least five Elisa mobile numbers. A short number for mobile cannot start with 0 or 1, and cannot be 372 or 800. Text messages (SMS) can also be sent to internal short numbers (SMS are charged at the regular rate). Free. To order, you can call customer service at 6 600 620. It doesn't matter which number is currently active, all calls will reach you regardless of which number was called. When you call or send an SMS, the recipient sees the number that was set as active at the time. Calls for both mobile numbers are billed separately according to the package used by the active number at the time of the call. You will receive separate bills for both numbers: for example, the bill for the work number goes to the employer, and the bill for the personal number goes to your personal address. When do you need the dual number service? If the employer wants to pay only for the employee's work calls, the dual number service allows you to separate work and personal calls and bill them separately. A private customer can continue using their personal mobile number alongside the work number, and does not need to give up their personal number when changing employers. The employee does not need to worry that their personal calls will be visible to the employer when separating calls. When using two mobile numbers, you no longer need two phones with the dual number service; both numbers work with one SIM card in the same phone. Free. You can activate the dual number service at Elisa stores. Before activation, the additional number's SIM card must be removed from the phone. Read detailed terms If someone calls your mobile number and you can't answer, voicemail can do it for you. The caller hears an answering machine message and can leave you a message after the tone. Different forwarding options are: forward all calls; forward if the number is busy; forward if you do not answer; forward if the mobile is switched off; forward if you are out of coverage. NB! Calls must be forwarded to the Elisa voicemail number +372 56 109 109. How does the service work? If someone calls your mobile number and you do not answer within a certain time, the caller is automatically forwarded to voicemail. The caller hears an answering machine message and can leave you a message after the tone. You will receive an SMS notification for each voicemail message, showing the caller's number and the time of the call. You do not need to keep these SMS notifications; deleting them does not affect the storage of voicemail messages. Voicemail can hold up to 16 messages – to ensure all new messages fit, it's worth deleting old messages regularly. All voicemail messages are kept for up to 10 days. To listen to your messages, call your voicemail number +372 56 109 109 from your mobile and follow the instructions. Monthly fee: 1.625 €. VAT will be added to the price. Now you can make VoLTE calls in all Elisa call and smart packages. Why are VoLTE calls better? VoLTE has several advantages over old technology: saves time and battery, as calls connect much faster; higher quality calls, as the LTE network has better coverage; no extra charges – billing is the same as for regular calls. How can you use VoLTE calls? To make VoLTE calls, some conditions must be met: VoLTE-compatible phone (see models) ; VoLTE/LTE/4G calls enabled in phone settings. Free. VoLTE service is free and included in all call and smart packages. Read detailed terms VoWifi (Voice over Wifi) or Wifi calling is a technology that allows voice calls over a Wifi network with internet access. Normally, your phone uses 2G or 4G networks for voice calls. Have you sometimes experienced choppy calls and poor signal? This can happen indoors, where thick walls weaken the signal. If there is a Wifi network in the room, you can make high-quality calls over it. Why are VoWifi calls better? VoWifi has several advantages over regular call technology: saves time and battery, as calls connect much faster; higher quality calls, even where 2G/4G coverage is poor; no extra charges – billing is the same as for regular calls. How can you use VoWifi calls? To make VoWifi calls, some conditions must be met: VoWifi-compatible phone (see models) ; VoWifi/Wifi/Internet calls enabled in phone settings. Free. VoWifi service is free and included in all call and smart packages. Read detailed terms The call hold and call switching service allows you to put an ongoing call on hold when you hear a call waiting signal and answer a new incoming call. You can also put one call on hold to start a new call yourself. To use the call hold and call waiting service, your mobile phone must support these services. You can find the necessary information in your phone's user manual. Free. The service does not need to be activated separately: call hold and call waiting are included with every Elisa package and are automatically enabled for all customers. The call forwarding service is useful, for example, if a caller wants to get a friend's or colleague's phone number from you. Instead of searching for the information in your phone's memory, you can immediately forward the call to the requested number. The call forwarding service requires that your phone supports this function. You can find the necessary information in your phone's user manual. The call forwarding rate applies when forwarding a call. For Elisa contract mobile customers, forwarding to other Elisa contract mobile numbers is free. The caller whose call is forwarded pays for their initiated call until it ends. If the forwarded call is not answered, the call returns to the forwarder. Free. The call forwarding service does not need to be ordered; it is automatically enabled with every Elisa call package. Your mobile phone just needs to support the call forwarding function. Read detailed terms You can permanently set whether to show or hide your caller ID in your phone's menu. You can also temporarily hide your number for a specific call by dialing #31# before the phone number. Example: if you want to call 56 123 123 without showing your number to the recipient, dial #31#56123123. Good to know! You can restrict caller ID only for calls. When sending text messages, your number is visible to the recipient even if you have set your number to be hidden in your phone's menu. When calling abroad, caller ID works if the local mobile operator supports this service. Instructions for using the controllable caller ID service can be found in your phone's user manual. Free. The controllable caller ID service does not need to be ordered: it is automatically enabled for all Elisa customers. If you have activated call waiting and someone calls you while you are busy with another call, you will hear a call waiting signal. You can decide whether to put the current call on hold and answer the new call or continue your current conversation without answering the new call. The call waiting signal is heard only by you, not your conversation partner. Until you decide whether to answer or reject the new call, the new caller hears a ringing tone. If you refuse to answer, the ringing tone stops and the caller hears the message: “The mobile phone you are calling is currently busy. Please wait or call again in a moment.” (Normally, the caller would hear a busy tone in this case.) Good to know! Call waiting is effective after activation and remains until canceled. The call waiting signal is heard during an ongoing call only by the person receiving the new call. Until the service is activated, the new caller hears a busy tone. While the recipient hears the call waiting signal, the caller hears a ringing tone (not a busy tone). Call waiting does not work if call forwarding “when phone is busy” is used. Free. The service is automatically enabled for all Elisa call package users and does not need to be ordered separately. You can activate call waiting: in the phone menu: many phones have a menu option to activate call waiting, see your phone's user manual for details; with an operator code: dial * 4 3 # (activate call waiting) # 4 3 # (deactivate call waiting). In Elisa self-service – “Services and devices” -> select phone number -> select “Network services and forwarding” -> Call waiting You will receive an SMS notification of a failed call if your phone: was out of coverage; was switched off; was busy, i.e., you were on another call; was in an overloaded coverage area. Free. You can activate the missed call notification service in Elisa self-service: select “Services and devices” -> select phone number -> select “Network services and forwarding” -> Enable “Missed call notification”. The service is very useful if you want to organize a meeting or conference call by phone and want all participants to be able to both listen and speak. There are two ways to participate in a conference: the conference organizer can call all participants themselves; a participant can join the conference by calling the organizer, who adds them to the conversation. You can participate in a conference call from any phone operator network, including foreign networks. The only requirement is that the conference call organizer is in Estonia or in a roaming partner network that supports the conference call function.
