Frequently asked questions With usage rental, it is possible to rent many different devices. The rental period for mobile devices is 12 to 36 months. Laptops, desktops, TVs, monitors, network and server solutions can be rented for up to 48 months. The usage rental limit and financing conditions are personal and depend on the company's overall financial situation. We will clarify your options and make an offer. For usage rental, the minimum financed asset acquisition cost is €1000, plus VAT. Contact your account manager, fill out the form on the website, or write to us at ariklient@elisa.ee. Yes. You can choose whether to return the devices, buy them out, or simply continue renting. The devices are subject to the usual manufacturer warranty conditions. In case of a warranty event, the customer is responsible for delivering the device for servicing—either through an Elisa representative or directly to the manufacturer-designated service center. An exception is devices with On-Site warranty—in such cases, the manufacturer's official service partner technician visits the customer and performs the necessary service on site.
