On-site management package With the on-site management package, you can hand over all responsibility for the functioning of the workstation to us for a fixed monthly fee. The price includes everything in the Remote Management package, as well as on-site work. A working solution and no unexpected additional costs.

Remote management package With the Remote Management package, we help users and manage workstations remotely. We ensure updates are working and assist with ongoing issues. All activities that require on-site visits are for an additional fee and are agreed upon separately.

Workstation management and user support As part of the service, we ensure the routines necessary for the functioning of workstations (software, system, and other updates) and daily user support for Windows and Mac devices. We help with device-related projects, creating profiles for users, and managing the lifecycle of hardware and software. We also offer basic support services for printers, scanners, and other devices that require network resources and basic error management.
