If you have lost or forgotten your device somewhere, or want to know where your device is located, you can determine the location of your mobile number in Elisa self-service by positioning the mobile number. Positioning determines the calculated and probable geographic coordinates of the mobile number in real time using the mobile network. This means the location of the mobile number can be found if the device is switched on and is within the coverage area of Elisa's mobile network in Estonia.
How can positioning be used?
Log in
to Elisa self-service.
From the top menu bar, select “Services and devices”.
Select the number you want to position.
From the menu bar at the top of the package information view, select "Positioning"
