With the Mobile Office Phone service, you can use both a mobile and a landline number on your mobile phone. The service is especially suitable for you if you want to give up the landline device and monthly fee, but still keep the landline number so you can answer incoming calls.

Instructions Switching your mobile phone to use the landline number is easy. Step-by-step instructions can be found here: On your mobile keypad, select *201# and press the call button. You will see the numbers that can be activated. Information will appear on your mobile phone screen about which number is currently active, and you will also see which numbers you can activate. Each selectable phone number is preceded by a number (1, 0, 2, etc.). Usually, the mobile phone number is marked with zero and the landline number with one. Press 'Answer' and select the number. Press the call button on your phone and enter the number that was indicated before the phone number you want to activate. For example, if your mobile phone number (0) was currently active, enter 1 to activate the landline number. Done! After activation, information will appear on your mobile screen about which number is now activated. If you activated the landline, you will now call from the landline number until you switch again, and all services will be billed according to the landline price list – this is often a more favorable solution for calls to other countries and also for domestic calls in Estonia when calling landline numbers. If you want to switch your phone to the mobile number, select on your mobile phone keypad *201*0# and press the call button. NB! By default, the mobile number is marked as '0' and the landline as '1', so you can switch numbers without the help menu by entering the correct code directly on your phone (*201*0# to activate the mobile number and *201*1# to activate the landline). After each switch, information will appear on your mobile phone screen about which number is activated. When using the Mobile Office Phone service, you can choose whether to use the mobile or landline number when calling. Depending on the selected number, the price package or price list is applied according to which number was active at the time of use (including when paying for data or parking). Calls made with the Mobile Office Phone landline number are not included in the mobile call package monthly fees or minimum bill, and vice versa. You will receive separate invoices according to the number used. Note that additional services ordered for the mobile number and/or discounts resulting from them do not extend to the landline number. Example: if you order a day ticket or a monthly M-internet package for your mobile number, you cannot use this 'free' data volume while the landline number is active. If you still use M-internet with the landline number, the volume-based M-internet price list fee will automatically apply (1 MB / €1.91). If a call comes to the landline number, it is automatically forwarded to your mobile phone number, regardless of which number is currently active. When using voicemail, note that if the landline number is currently activated and your mobile goes out of coverage, callers will hear the message 'Please select the person's number to whom you wish to leave a message.' This is because, due to the active landline number, voicemail identifies your Mobile Office Phone service landline number as the caller, but this number does not have voicemail. The solution is to switch the landline number to the mobile number when not in use. Unfortunately, you cannot use the Mobile Office Phone service while you are abroad. While there, the mobile phone price list applies, and you can only use your mobile phone number. If your phone's mobile data is set to 'always online', the ability to use data will disappear when switching numbers. To restore data, simply restart your phone. No issues occur if you set mobile internet to 'as needed'. For making changes, you can find more detailed information in your phone's user manual.
