Log in
to Elisa self-service

If you have access to multiple customer numbers, select the appropriate customer number.
From the main menu, select “Users and permissions”.
Find the user whose User Role is Owner and click "View".
In the box "Set phone service password", enter the desired password.
At the bottom of the page, click the "Save changes" button!
