Can you predict customer experience based on our network (cellular) data?
Elisa aims to be one step ahead of our customers, especially when it comes to user experience in our network. We also strongly believe that our network actually knows what our customers are “feeling” and what they are experiencing, but since there is a massive amount of cellular data to be analyzed, we need a technical / ML model to do the job for us – so here is our challenge to you this year:

Where can I submit my work?
In order to participate in the contest and be eligible for the prizes, you must state your real name (first and last name), personal ID, home address and contact phone number with the submission e-mail and work must fulfill the following requirements:
- Classification result of the test dataset in csv format: customerID; label
- Link to a code repository or source code
- Solution must be written in python
- Code must be well documented
- Code must be runnable with testing dataset

Elisa AI Challenge official terms and conditions
1. For submission, send your answer to e-mail address : ai.challenge@elisa.ee
2. Submission deadline is 15.03.2018 23:59:00; answers that arrive later than the marked deadline will not be participating in the challenge and will not be eligible for the contest for the prize.
3. Only one submission per person is allowed, when more than one answers are sent by the same person, only the version that arrives the latest (but before the deadline) will be eligible for the contest for the prize.
4. In order to participate in the contest and be eligible for the prizes, you must state your real name (first and last name), personal ID, home address and contact phone number with the submission e-mail.
5. For submission, send us an answer that will tick the following boxes:
- Classification result of the test dataset in csv format: customerID; label
- Link to a code repository or source code
- Solution must be written in python
- Code must be well documented
- Code must be runnable with testing dataset
6. With submission you agree that your code can be published by Elisa and shared with other participants
7. The winner and 2nd / 3rd place will be determined by Elisas judges by 19th of March 2018 by evaluating the submitted answers by the following steps:
- Submitted labels will be compared to true labels
- Submissions will be compared based on accuracy
8. True labels will be published at the end of challenge on the challenge-s website, along with the winners of the prizes on 19th of March 2018.
9. Winners of the prizes will be contacted personally by Elisa, though the contact information stated in the submission e-mail.
10. First place will receive the right to purchase desired devices from www.elisa.ee in the value of 1000 € (including taxes).
The 2nd place-s voucher will be accordingly 500 € and 3rd places voucher 300 €.
This amount can be devided into several purchases but the voucher will expire by 31st of March 2018.
11. All the details of the selected purchases will be explained to the winners by Elisa directly.
12. All Elisa Eesti AS and MindTitan OÜ employees are automatically disqualified from the competition and cannot be eligeble for the prizes.
