Your PIN and PUK codes are printed on your SIM card carrier.
For resetting your PIN code: enter an incorrect PIN code three times, after which you can unlock the SIM card using your PUK1 code and create a new PIN code.
The SIM card PIN and PUK codes are not the same as the Mobile ID service PIN and PUK codes.
The Mobile ID PIN and PUK codes are only printed on the Mobile ID SIM card carrier. If the SIM card carrier is lost, a new SIM card with a new Mobile ID service must be registered in an Elisa sales office. Because Mobile ID is a personal identification service, for security reasons, a new Mobile ID card must be purchased from an Elisa office
