The setup for the wireless service is not free as a technician's visit is usually not required. Devices required for this service are sent to the client via courier or to a parcel station. If you still require a technician's help with the service setup, the following fees apply:
Technician's visit €14 *added to service price in case of a technician's visit (added to the monthly invoice even if the technician arrived but was unable to complete the agreed work for reasons attributable to the customer).
Work at customer's premises €12 per 0.5h. *price per one technician, billed for each half-hour of work started.
The subscription may be cancelled by contacting Elisa at +372 6 600 600 or via the chat window on the Elisa homepage. After contacting Elisa regarding the cancellation, a sales representative will contact the customer to discuss the specifics of the subscription cancellation and any device returns.
After receiving a notice of cancellation, an Elisa sales representative will contact the customer to provide more information on returning devices.
Usually, the devices are returned via an Omniva parcel station. The customer packages the devices securely, takes them to any Omniva parcel station and enters a code received via SMS (select "eelvormistatud saadetis" (prepaid parcel)). Devices returned via Omniva is free for customers.
The TV service is not address-based so a customer may take devices to their new home.
For broadband services, transferability depends on the specific service. If the customer has a wireless broadband service and they wish to continue using it, they may simply set up the equipment at their new address. If the customer has the wired broadband service, they should contact Elisa and agree on the details of the transfer. An Elisa employee will provide further information regarding the broadband services available at the new address and what steps to take.
Elisa provides special voice and smart plans for Ukrainian war refugees. There is a choice of 5 different plans. For those who only need voice calling and SMS messaging, there are 2 voice plans available. For those who wish to use mobile data, plans with 6-36 GB of data are available. The smart plans also include voice calling and SMS messages to Estonian numbers and 100 minutes/SMS-s/MMS-s to European Union countries. Our service agents will help you choose the best plan.
Elisa only provides voice plans covering the European Union and Ukraine is not an EU member. Currently, calls from Estonia to Ukraine are provided at a discounted price of €0.30/min and each SMS costs €0.11 to send.
When calling from a landline, a dialling fee of €0.0299 is added.
A subscriber signs a contract to use a plan for a fixed monthly fee. Each month, the subscriber receives an invoice for the previous month, detailing the usage of subscription services and any additional services, discounts, etc.
Prepaid cards can be used without a contract and there is no need to visit an Elisa office or call Elisa. All you need to do is buy a Stardipakett (Elisa or ZEN) from any shop, insert the SIM card into your device, and the service is ready to use.
There are two options: sign up for a new plan or buy additional data. It is really easy - just send an SMS message with the keyword relevant to your smart plan:
