Smart forwarding profiles If you link user status and forwarding rules, you can create very flexible forwarding options for yourself. What to do if I need several call centers with different main numbers? If the company has several brands or fields of activity, it may indeed be necessary to have several call centers. Ring's call center fortunately allows you to create as many call groups as you need, and each employee can belong to several call groups at the same time. The call center agent fee does not increase because of this (it remains at 10 €), only the base number fee of 0.65 € per call group is added (plus VAT). You can conveniently manage even a call center with several call groups in the same web environment. In case of a long queue, you can set a maximum waiting time, after which the caller is forwarded either to another call group or to voicemail.
