Mobile communication is no longer just about calls and messages: today, a smartphone functions as both an ID card and a means of payment. Find out more about the convenient mobile services you can enjoy as an Elisa customer and how to keep your costs under control.
Additional services can be added by a board member or a user with full authorization. To do this, follow these steps:
Log in
to Elisa self-service
If you have access to multiple customer numbers, select the customer number for which you want to check the data usage.
From the main menu, select “Services and devices.”
Select the number to which you want to add an additional service.
Choose the appropriate service and click “Order service.”
To confirm the order, click “Order.”
Some additional services can also be terminated via self-service. To do this, click the “End service” button.
