Buying from the e-store is very easy. Once you have found a suitable device, proceed to place your order.

If you are an Elisa customer and want to buy a phone or another device immediately, you need to log in to self-service, after which you will be directed to complete your purchase.

If you want to buy in installments with no interest, it is important that you have an active number with Elisa.

If you are not yet an Elisa customer but wish to purchase a phone or another device from the Elisa e-store, you must first become an Elisa customer. We have great offers for both phones and packages.

Purchasing a device in installments with a service at 0% interest To purchase a device with a service, you need to have an active Elisa service. The selected service must not be associated with the installments of another device. If you wish to terminate the service contract related to the installments before the installments are finished, you must pay the remaining balance of the installments plus a handling fee (20% of the remaining balance). The handling fee does not need to be paid if you notify Elisa in advance of your wish to terminate the contract. Elisa does not lock devices purchased with installments. Devices can be used with any operator's SIM card (except routers). Purchasing a device in installments without a service at 17% interest If you do not wish to link the device installments to a contract, it is possible to buy the device on hire purchase, which is subject to 17% interest. You can terminate the hire purchase agreement at any time in self-service.

Shopping cart preview

When a product is added to the shopping cart, the cart preview opens first. Unlogged customers will only see devices in the preview; services will be displayed after logging in.

Before logging in or even when logged in, you can add several different products to the cart at once and add more of the same product. In addition, suitable accessories are offered, and if necessary, products can be removed already in the preview. The preview appears when you click on the shopping cart icon.

From the preview, you need to proceed to the shopping cart by clicking the "Continue to cart" button. Business customers must log in to complete the purchase.

Adding multiple products to the cart

In the shopping cart, you can add more products by clicking the "Add the same product" button.

Choosing pricing schemes in the cart

In the shopping cart, you can change the pricing schemes of selected products. You can choose whether you want to buy the product outright or pay in monthly installments.

Removing a product

An unsuitable device can be removed from the shopping cart by clicking the “Remove” button.

Adding device insurance

You can add device insurance directly in the shopping cart to protect yourself against unexpected events.

Credit limit information

The shopping cart also displays the credit limit, and if the selected payment method or schedule is not suitable, alternative options are offered to complete the transaction.
