How to join Elisa? You can join on the Elisa website, at Elisa stores, or via the chat window on the website.
Number portability If you want to bring your mobile number from another operator's network to Elisa's network, you can do so at an Elisa sales office, by calling Elisa customer service at 6 600 620 (Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00) or by contacting the chatbot Annika. Transferring a mobile number from another operator's network takes 5 working days! Your mobile number transfer will proceed as follows: The sales consultant will prepare a subscription agreement and authorization for transferring the mobile number from another operator's network. Elisa will give you a new Elisa SIM card. Wait until Elisa sends you an SMS with the transfer date. You will receive the information no later than the 3rd working day after signing the subscription agreement. On the morning of the transfer date, replace the old SIM card with the new SIM card. Done! Good to know: Mobile number transfer from one operator's network to another takes place at 03:00 at night. During the transfer, the service interruption may last up to 15 minutes. If the new SIM card does not work on the morning of the transfer day, restart your device (turn it off and on again). If the mobile number is in another person's name: If you want to transfer to Elisa a mobile number that belongs to another person, first change the ownership of the mobile number with your current operator or bring the owner of the mobile number with you to the Elisa sales office, where they must give consent for the transfer. If number portability has failed It may happen that you have signed the subscription agreement for number transfer, but you have not received an SMS with the switch-over date. In this case, number portability has failed. Reasons for number portability failure: The mobile number is in another person's name The wrong number was mistakenly entered in the agreement The agreement has the wrong personal code, name, or current operator The agreement has a prepaid card number If number portability is taking place to another operator's network
