The incoming call forwarding service is free, but the forwarded call minute is charged. Just as if you were calling the forwarded number from your landline.
Forwarding:
To forward calls, enter the following codes on your landline phone:
*21*xxxxxxx forwards all calls to the specified number before ringing;
*61*xxxxxxx forwards the call to the specified number if the call is not answered within 15 seconds or if the number is busy.
- xxxxxxx represents the phone number to which calls will be forwarded.
Ending Forwarding:
#21# cancels: forwarding of calls before ringing;
#61# cancels: forwarding when the call is not answered within 15 seconds or when the phone is busy.
Forwarding ends automatically:
When changing the phone service package
When terminating the phone service.
When the service is suspended, including due to debt. Example: If the service is restricted due to debt, you must reactivate forwarding after the service is restored.
Check if the phone has a dial tone. If there is no tone, follow the instructions in "The phone is silent".
Check if the phone's sound is turned off.
Check if the number is forwarded. If so, dial #21# to cancel forwarding.
If none of the above helps, test the service with another phone device if possible.
If, when making a call, the phone says "You cannot call the selected number from this phone", there is probably a call restriction on that number. You can read more about call restrictions in the article "Additional Information".
If you are using a cordless phone, we recommend moving the phone base away from the modem – at least 1.5 meters.
If possible, test the service with another phone device.
If the phone does not work, check if the modem is functioning.
First, check if the modem is connected to the power supply.
A working modem should have the CABLE/ONLINE indicator light on (usually the fourth one).
For the phone service to work, the LINE1 or TEL1 light should also be on.
If LINE1 or TEL1 is not lit, check the antenna/coaxial cabling.
Then make sure the phone cable is properly connected.
NB! If only one phone number is ordered, the phone cable must be connected to the LINE1 or TEL1 socket.
After checking the cabling, perform a power restart and wait 10 minutes.

The purpose of forwarding is to improve the availability of your company's phones as needed. Don't forget to remove forwarding later!
