No, the internet ticket is activated immediately after ordering. When the data is used up, we will notify you twice: when 70% and 100% are reached. If you are surfing the net and the ticket runs out during the internet session, you will be automatically redirected to the page to order a new ticket. You can also find the SMS we sent you when you entered the foreign network, which contains the ticket activation link https://www.elisa.ee/internet-valismaal (the link only works in a foreign network!). Opening the website is FREE for you! NO! You do not need to worry about extra charges, because opening the website to order the ticket is FREE for the customer (Elisa pays for these megabytes itself!). If you have an active Wi-Fi connection, the website will not open correctly. The ticket is valid from activation until the internet data is used up OR until the end of the time period (24/168/720 h). Day ticket is valid for 24 h, week ticket for 7 days / 168 h, month ticket for 30 days / 720 h. Even if you order a month ticket at the end of the calendar month, you still use it for 30 days or until its data is used up. Charges for mobile internet used abroad do not simply appear on the bill. Every internet session made in a foreign network is logged, and Elisa receives billing information from the foreign operator whose network you used. Based on usage and the price list, Elisa issues the bill to its customer. If you use internet service in an LTE or 4G network, short internet sessions may occur due to the LTE/4G standard even when mobile internet is turned off on the device. To avoid such sessions, you should set the device's network type to 3G or 2G. While abroad, both incoming and outgoing calls in European Union countries, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands count towards the call minute quota. These call minutes are free of charge under the following condition: the call must take place between the listed countries (e.g. the call recipient also uses an operator from the listed countries). Prices not separately specified for services offered by the foreign operator (such as calls from the foreign operator's network to third country networks) may be higher than calls from the same network to Estonia. The calculation of service prices is based on the tariffs set by the foreign operator, applicable tax rates, exchange rates, and margins. These prices may change and do not depend on the home operator, so the home operator is not responsible for them. For more detailed price information, call us at 6 600 620 before using the service.
