With the Missed Call Notification additional service, you will receive an SMS notification about a failed call if your phone was out of coverage, switched off, busy, or in an overloaded network area.
You can activate the additional service as follows:
Log in
to Elisa self-service
If you have access to multiple customer numbers, select the customer number for which you wish to order the additional service.
From the main menu, select “Services and devices”.
Select the number to which you want to add the additional service.
Find the option “Network services and call forwarding”.
From the options, find “Missed Call Notification” and press the “Enable” button.
