For contracts valid before 17.06.2021, up to three insurance claims can be used during the contract period. Smart Insurance can be terminated without additional costs. Smart Insurance can be terminated as follows: Log in to Elisa self-service. Select “Services and devices” from the main menu. Select “Elisa Smart Insurance”. Select “Close service”. The contract will be automatically terminated after 31 days. The request to terminate the Smart Insurance contract can be canceled in the same view by selecting "Customer-wide services" under the "Elisa Smart Insurance" section and choosing "Cancel closure". The final invoice for the terminated contract will be issued on the invoice following the month of termination. The last monthly fee is proportional to the number of days.
