Network services and referrals Põhisisu algus
Log in to Elisa self-service. Select “Services and devices” from the main menu. Select the number whose calls you want to forward. Select “Network services and forwarding”. You will find the call forwarding activation block in the middle - Add new forwarding. The lower block shows active forwardings. To add a new forwarding rule, choose the type: Add the number to which calls should be forwarded, without the forwarding code: For a foreign number, select the specific country code. NB! When forwarding to a foreign number, the forwarder pays a per-minute fee according to the price list for calls to that country. If you select the forwarding type If no answer, you should also select the forwarding delay in seconds (default 15 sec): If you select the forwarding type Immediate, you also have the option to forward messages (SMS): Note! Messages can only be forwarded to an Elisa mobile number, and Mobile-ID service can no longer be used from that number. To activate forwarding, press Confirm forwarding. All active forwardings appear in the lower block - Active forwardings. All types of rules can be active at the same time, but the Immediate rule has higher priority (see the example above) and only it will function at that moment. To end a forwarding rule, press End. Forwarding can be activated from devices in two ways: From the device menu - instructions can be found in the phone's user manual or From the Help Center (see Calls -> How to forward calls?) With service codes: - Immediate forwarding Activation - dial *21*phone number# and call Status query - dial *#21# and call Status query - dial *#21# and call Deactivation - dial ##21# and call - If no answer Activation - dial *61*phone number# and call (default 30 sec) Status query - dial *#61# and call Status query - dial *#61# and call Deactivation - dial ##61# and call - Busy Activation - dial *67*phone number# and call Status query - dial *#67# and call Status query - dial *#67# and call Deactivation - dial ##67# and call - Out of network or phone switched off Activation - dial *62*phone number# and call Status query - dial *#62# and call Status query - dial *#62# and call Deactivation - dial ##62# and call - Deactivation of all forwardings: Status query - dial ##002# and call NB! Forwarding can only be activated while in Elisa Estonia or Elisa Finland roaming network. Activation from other networks is not allowed. The user can find personal number forwardings on the mobile app home page: Open Call Forwardings To add a new forwarding rule, press + Select the forwarding condition (e.g. If I do not answer)
Select the ring duration (before the call is forwarded) Caller type (optional), e.g. All Enter the number to forward the call to – for internal calls enter the short number, for external calls always enter the number with the forwarding code.
Optional settings – in the example, this is skipped, see settings below Add a name to the rule Confirm the rule
Activate the rule *A blue “bubble” in front of the rule indicates the rule is active, grey - inactive.
Optional settings Under caller type, you define which calls the forwarding applies to: All – all calls made to you. Anonymous – calls without caller ID. External – calls from outside the company, i.e. all numbers not in your company’s Ring service. Internal – all calls from users of your company’s Ring service. From a specific number – specify a particular contact or number to which the forwarding applies. Link to specific status – forwarding applies only in the selected status(es); if none are selected, it applies to all. See the user manual for using statuses. Selected number – if you want the forwarding to apply only when a specific number is called, e.g. when calling a landline number (if there are several landline numbers, it applies to all). If no selection is made, it applies to all. Numbers excluded from the rule – if you want to exclude specific numbers in addition to VIP contacts, you can add them here.
Notes User-defined rules apply only to calls made to numbers associated with the user, i.e. do not apply to calls from groups. Ring users can activate forwardings only via Ring applications, i.e. activation from the mobile phone menu, with service codes, or ITB forwarding is not possible.
Depending on the rights assigned to the user, it is also possible to activate forwarding via the My Ring web application (elisa.ee/minuring) or software phone. Both applications look the same and forwarding is activated similarly. Call forwardings can be found in the left menu under Call Forwardings. To add a new rule, press +New
Caller type (optional), e.g. All Select forwarding condition (e.g. If I do not answer)
Select ring duration (before the call is forwarded) Under Other number, enter the number to which the call should be forwarded – for internal calls enter the short number, for external calls always enter the number with the forwarding code.
Assign a name to the rule and Save the rule. The rule is activated immediately.
Optional settings
Additional options are available under additional settings: Filter specific caller – specify a particular contact or number to which the forwarding applies. You can also apply forwarding to a number range – entering +3725 applies forwarding to calls from Estonian mobile numbers, or for example, entering +370 applies forwarding to Lithuanian numbers.
Filter by selected number – if you want the forwarding to apply only when a specific number is called, e.g. when calling a landline number (if there are several landline numbers, it applies to all). If no selection is made, it applies to all.
Forward by status/forward by calendar – forwarding applies only in the selected status(es); if none are selected, it applies to all. See the user manual for using statuses. By calendar, you can set the rule to be valid for a specific day and time.
Existing rules can also be activated and deactivated via the service menu *201#. In the menu, you can navigate using the sequence number indicated before the topic.
Activating/deactivating a specific rule is easier with a direct code. For example, to activate/deactivate the second rule, enter (and if possible, save to contacts) - *201*2*2*2*2#
Attention! You cannot add new rules or delete existing ones from the service menu. The service menu can only display limited information, i.e. the first four rules. Billing The forwarding function is part of the basic functions and is available to the customer free of charge. Forwarding to an Elisa network number costs €0/min or is deducted from the package's included minutes. Forwarding to numbers in other networks is charged according to the package's call minute price or is deducted from the package's included minutes. Forwarding to a foreign number is billed according to the international call price list or is deducted from the package's included minutes. Conditional (No answer, Busy, Out of network or switched off) forwarding in roaming networks is charged according to the roaming network price list roaming network price list The caller and the forwarding destination number are not affected in terms of billing. Terms and notes Forwarding can only be activated while in Estonia or in Elisa Finland network when roaming. For the MultiSIM service, forwarding is activated for the entire number, i.e. it is not possible to activate separate forwardings for SIMs. Only forwardings without a diversion notification are possible. With Apple iPhone models, there may be issues using codes, and Elisa does not guarantee their functionality.
