Persons listed on the B-card are automatically assigned as users. There are several ways to add users manually:
During the joining process, at the number setup stage.
With an ID card.
On the number page, when changing the user of the number.
On the “Users and rights” page, by clicking “+ Add new user”.
Some rights are assigned to users automatically, but similar to adding users, some rights must also be added manually.
Automatically
the following rights are assigned:
Rights of a board member or representative.
Number user rights are assigned when the user is linked to a number under the customer account.
Manually
the board member can grant the following rights to a user:
Full authorization
Unlimited right to access all customer self-service data and perform all of the following actions:
The right to access the customer self-service without limitation, i.e. the right to see all customer data and perform all, including the following, actions;
to conclude, amend, suspend, and terminate subscription and other agreements (including installment sales agreements and property lease agreements), order additional services, provide confirmations and consents on behalf of the customer;
to make customer data inquiries.
Service management rights
The right to access customer self-service data to a limited extent and to perform the following actions to a limited extent:
to order additional services;
to perform service management actions (restrict outgoing calls, change service package and additional services, order extra data volume);
to view and manage call settings (e.g., forward calls);
to manage number user data.
Billing rights
The right to access customer self-service to a limited extent, i.e. the right to see billing information (current balance, invoices, payment history) and to perform the following actions to a limited extent:
The right to change the billing channel;
To pay invoices.
Different rights can be granted to users from the main menu option “Users and rights”.
Select the user to whom you want to grant or remove rights.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the box next to the desired right.
By following the same steps, you can also remove rights.
