When is authorization needed? Authorization is needed when the contract owner wishes for contracts to be signed or other actions that change the terms of the contract to be performed on their behalf. Such actions may include, for example: transferring the contract from one owner to another; concluding a Mobile-ID contract for a number user; other actions related to the contract or services. NB! An installment contract can ONLY be concluded by the contract owner. An installment contract cannot be concluded on the basis of authorization. How to formalize authorization? A member of the management board must digitally sign the application (volituse sample template) and send it to ariklient@elisa.ee
