Invoices are prepared as of the 1st day of the month. If you paid the previous invoice, for example, on the 3rd day, it will not yet be reflected on your new invoice. Check the amount due.
From the Elisa self-service homepage.
You get the best overview of your invoices and payments
By using Elisa self-service
or by doing the following:
Log in
to Elisa self-service
.
If you have access to multiple customer numbers, select the customer number whose invoices you want to view.
From the main menu, select “Invoices”.
First, restart your device.
If the service still does not work, the payment has not yet reached Elisa's account.
Generally, payments are received within 2 hours, but depending on the bank, this time may vary. Check with your bank how long the transfer takes.
We will open the services automatically after the payment is received.
It may happen that you made the transfer with incorrect details. Therefore, check whether:
you paid the correct amount;
the amount has been deducted from your account;
the reference number was correct;
the account number to which you transferred the money was correct.
The due date for an Elisa invoice is the 18th of the month. If the invoice is not paid by this date, we will send the customer 2 free debt notification SMS messages. The last debt SMS contains information that the next debt notification by email will be subject to a fee. The email includes information about the restriction date and also notifies that this reminder is subject to a fee and costs €5 (including VAT).
NB! If you have exceeded the invoice due date, a late fee will be added to the next month's invoice, which is 0.15% for each day overdue.
If a restriction is placed on your number due to debt and it is removed after the invoice is paid, a “Restriction removal fee” of 4 euros will be added to the next invoice.
pay 50% of the last invoice (the amount due on the last invoice);
then call Elisa customer service and request an extension of the payment deadline.
We will send you confirmation of the payment deadline extension by SMS.
NB! Since the payment deadline extension is intended to alleviate temporary payment difficulties, Elisa only offers payment deadline extensions to customers who have paid their invoices on time for the last 3 months. This means that if you have already received a payment deadline extension in one month, you will unfortunately not be able to get another extension the following month.
By agreement with Elisa, you can arrange a payment schedule.
To get a payment schedule:
pay 35% of the total amount of outstanding invoices issued by Elisa;
then call Elisa customer service and request a payment schedule.
