The default communication language for contractual business clients is Estonian. If desired, this can be changed.
Log in to the self-service portal.
Select 'Business Client' and click on the account with the company name.
Click on "Users and permissions"
A list of authorized and personalized users will open
If the desired user is in the list, proceed accordingly
Click the "View" button at the end of the desired user's row
In the form that opens, find "Communication language" and select the most suitable one.
To allow the user to perform permitted actions in the future, make sure that the user's personal identification code is also added to their data.
To confirm the changes, click "Save changes"
If the desired user is not in the list, proceed accordingly
Click "Add user or authorized person"
Fill in the fields and click "Add user" to confirm adding the user
