Suspension of the contract/opening from suspensionPõhisisu algus
If you temporarily do not need your mobile number but still wish to keep it, the most reasonable option is to suspend the contract. The contract can be suspended for a maximum of 12 months. During this period, you do not have to pay the monthly service fee. If you do not reactivate the number before the end of the suspension period, the contract associated with this number will be automatically terminated.
A one-time fee of 3 euros 56 cents must be paid for suspending the contract, which will be added to your next invoice.
How to suspend the contract?
Log in
to Elisa self-service.
If you have access to multiple customer numbers, select the customer number under which you wish to suspend the mobile number.
From the main menu, select “Services and devices”.
Select the correct mobile number
Select “Temporary suspension of contract”.
Select “Start date of suspension” (the contract can be suspended starting from tomorrow and the suspension will take effect on the selected date at 00:00) and in the “End date of suspension” field, enter the end date (If you do not reactivate the contract before the end date, the contract will end at 23:59 on the selected date).
In the email address field, enter the user's address to which notifications related to this suspension will be sent.
To confirm, click “Suspend contract”.
Log in
to Elisa self-service.
From the main menu, select “Services and devices”.
Select the number you wish to reactivate
In the number detail view, you can see information about the suspension. To reactivate, click the “Reactivate contract” button.
When reactivating the contract, you will be offered activation with the previous package (if it is still a sellable service) or you can activate the service with a new package.
To reactivate, select “Activate services” or “Choose new services”.
NB! The contract will be activated immediately within a few minutes.
