NB! In self-service, you can only terminate services related to the number. To do this
Log in
to Elisa self-service.
If you have access to multiple customer numbers, select the customer number under which the mobile number you wish to terminate is listed.
From the main menu, select “Services and devices”.
Select the correct mobile number and click on it (on the number, not the box in front of the number).
Select “Terminate agreement”.
By pressing the “Terminate agreement” button, the agreement will be terminated immediately. The terminated number will remain reserved for the company for 6 months.
It is also possible to schedule the termination, which means you can choose a specific date and time when the agreement will be automatically terminated. To do this, tick the box for the sentence "I want to schedule the termination of the agreement".
To terminate other main services, please contact Elisa customer service!

At the bottom of the opened page, you will find the option “Additional services”.
Find the appropriate additional service and press the “Terminate service” button.

E-mail as SMS
Balance notification
Monthly call itemization
Smart insurance
Net guard
